We did an ADU project with this company and overall we are very happy with everything. My husband and I were looking for some time for someone we could trust, as this project can bring up lots of stress for the family.

The planning process went very smooth and they explained everything in simple ways for us. And I like to ask all the questions 🙂 They helped with ideas, city process and always answered when we had questions.

Construction also went very good. We were so suprised and pleased. Of course like any new construction project there were some small hiccups and unexpected events during the process, but the important thing for us was that the company did not disappear on us or made excuses. They stayed on top of everything and solved problems fast and professionally.

The crew was respectful to our home and family and communication was always good. In the end the ADU came out so beautiful and we are very satisfied with the result.

Update 2026 - Everything looks and feels like new. I still can't believe the quality of the workmanship and materials. We are planning to hire Golden Shore to re-do our basement as well!

I can’t recommended Petra enough. As a first time home owner, dealing with renovations for the first time is stressful. Petra made it a smooth, transparent and even a fun process. Everything from design, ideation, cost considerations to execution was professionally and personally managed. The workers themselves were very polite and professional and also left everything clean. Our bathroom remodel was successful and I will definitely hire them again!

Locating them at 5694 Mission Center Road wasn't difficult. Was welcomed well and met their team where a well laid plan was presenter. The remodel started a few weeks later and after 2 solid months, well we now have our condo ready for use by guests.
